Cornell University Library celebrates the historic visit of the Dalai Lama to Ithaca, New York, October 2007 with Bridging Worlds: Buddhist Words and Works, exhibition. This exhibition explores the larger context of Buddhism, sweeping across Asia, from northeastern India to the Himalayas, Indonesia, and Japan, and many points in between.
The exhibition is designed to showcase some of the many items in the Cornell University Library's collection documenting the cultures of Asia.
